  • TradeLawGuide

SIEL members may be interested in TradeLawGuide, a comprehensive legal research tool for WTO law, suited to the needs of practitioners, scholars and advanced students. It is a subscription service, and aims to 'facilitate fast, comprehensive and methodical research using proprietary software'.   • Worldtradelaw.net

Worldtradelaw.net offers a wide range of both free and subscriber-only resources on international trade law. Features include its helpful Dispute Settlement Commentary (DSC) service including summaries and analysis of all reports and arbitrations, up-to-date keyword index, and a database of dispute settlement tables and statistics. Further details are at www.worldtradelaw.net.

Investmentclaims.com, operated by Oxford University Press, is a website devoted to the dissemination of international investment law and arbitration, which provides free access to fully-searchable copies of all available trinbunal orders and awards. In addition, OUP offers a subscription service for users to access fully searchable case notes for all orders and awards, as well as a key-term database, and an arbitrator and counsel database.

Investor-State LawGuide (ISLG) is a specialized online database providing comprehensive research tools for international investment treaty law. ISLG maps the relationships between treaties, arbitral rules and case law using a new software platform designed to integrate legal data and present it in a variety of ways.
